In an anonymous society, people are not only safe but they have a much better quality of life. When you live in an anonymous society, you know that your personal identity and actions do not affect the way you are perceived by others.

People who work or lead in an anonymous society are responsible for their personal identity and actions because they can find out who they are. An anonymous society can make people think more creatively and open to a variety of experiences. People who work in such an environment are more committed to building an identity and promoting it among the group.

The benefits of working in an anonymous or private world is that the pressure to succeed and to be an individual is removed. If you make a mistake or lose a game of poker or soccer, then there is no feeling of shame or guilt. There is no public humiliation involved in a failure. But if we truly think about what is good about working in an anonymous society we realize that it is far better than working in a public one.
