Metro Messenger (exchange Server)

Metro Msk is a system designed for the exchange of information between two or more devices. This system is not a standalone application, but rather an interface to another application. This means that, when you install Metro, there are many other components as well. Some of the key components of Metro are Network Access Servers (NAS), Messaging Programs (SPAM) and Email servers.

The Network Access Servers is what allow users on the network to access the emails on their own computers. For example, if an employee wants to check his email, he can login to the system and use the Network Access server to access his emails on his own computer. This is done by the administrator of the network, who also controls the emails and can also delete or change them. The messages are then sent back to the main email server of the company. These emails are then routed to all the other mailboxes on the company network and all employees receive their work at the company email address.

The Messaging Programs is the software used to send SMS messages to any mobile phone numbers. When you buy Metro, it comes with a free SMS service. If you wish to customize your messages, you can upload your own text message software so that you can easily send multiple customized text messages to up to 15 contact persons. Your text messages will also be sent in the form of emails to all the mentioned mailboxes. You can create different labels such as sender, subject, recipient and date and time and attach any other graphics that you like.

The last component of Metro that we will discuss is the Email Server. The Email Server allows the company and its employees to manage their emails from any PC that is connected to the Internet. The Email Server also acts as a backup server and it stores all the important files for the companies' databases. It also keeps a copy of all the mails that you have sent and received and this can help you regain any lost mail instantly. The Email Server also allows you to create email addresses for customer accounts and provides the facility to add, delete and compose emails easily.

To check the functionality of your email application on MS Outlook, you just need to click on the "gear" icon located on the menu bar after you install Metro. This will bring out the Microsoft Outlook window and you will see all the buttons related to the Outlook system such as the Account Settings, Items, Mailings Lists etc. The main interface of Metro should not be mistaken for that of the normal Microsoft Outlook. While in normal Outlook, there are separate panes for each major function such as inbox, Contacts, Mailbox, Transport, Web Links etc., in Metro, these separate panes are combined into one seamless interface for ease of use.

The Microsoft Outlook Express is compatible with most of the operating systems such as Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Metro has also incorporated some of the advanced features such as the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, which helps in sending email across multiple devices such as mobile phones, PDAs and even personal computers. It also provides the facility to add, edit, delete and search emails easily. Apart from these facilities, Metro can also provide the facility to view the profile settings of the user and synchronize his or her preferences. You can store email messages, emails and attachments in this application. You will also be able to read and reply to emails in this application.
